We currently ship to all Australian addresses as well as ship internationally.
Shipping Method & Cost
Domestic standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $150 otherwise it is a $10.60 flat rate (2-10 business days). Express shipping within Australia is $15.00 flat rate (1-5 business days). All parcels are sent via Australia Post.
Please note: Due to COVID-19 & high order volumes during this time, our shipping partners will likely be experiencing some delays that are out of our control. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and 7 business days for your order to ship. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international orders we offer the following services:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed – including your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Unfortunately, orders are unable to be cancelled once they are placed. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. All orders are processed on business days Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. Please note- it is your responsibility to pay these charges and these fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. In the event of a return, these fees are non-refundable.
